Log Shipping and SQL Backup

We would like to setup Log shipping to our London server from USA, Meanwhile
I would like to continue taking my normal Full/Differential or Transaction
Log backup at my other server in USA.
Is it possible? if yes then how?
Will it break log shipping?

A log backup will "break" log shipping. All you really need to remember is that log backup need to
be restore in sequence, with no gaps. You can use an older db/diff backup, though.
