Log Shipping between 2 stand alon servers

Does Log shipping between 2 servers require that the 2 servers be on a domain?
I've been asked to set up log shipping between 2 different servers that are
each stand alone (they are not on a domain). I've set up log shipping
before, but only on servers that are a domain. Is a domain required or is it
possible to set up Log Shipping even though there is no domain?
Thanks

MGas long as the the source and destination servers have some way of getting
the log backups sent between them you can log ship between any two servers.

domain... However you might have more issues relating to security for the
logins and permissions across the servers file share... But it should work
fine I think...
