log shipping between sql server 2000 64 bits and sql server 2005 32 bits

I want make log shipping between a Sql Server 2000 64 bits itanium (primary server) and a SQL Server 2005 32 bits.

Is it possible or I'll have got any problem?

Yup - with a few caveats. There are no tools/wizards that can help you, and the database will be upgraded to the 2005 format on the 2005 system. This means that you won't be able to take it back to the 2000 system at any time in the future.
