Log Shipping From SQL 2000 to SQL 2005, Can it be done?

Is it posible to set up log shipping from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005 and if so how? Where is there some documentation on how this can be done?

Sorry, but that can't be done. Basically, both ends of a log shipping configuration need to be the same major versions...see the following topic:
